Heather Brannan-McVey is a Scottish Labour Councillor for Kilsyth Ward on North Lanarkshire Council.
She was elected an honorary president of LGBT+ Labour Scotland in February 2020.
Heather is Convener of Housing and Regeneration and Equalities Champion at North Lanarkshire Council and is Vice-Chair of the COSLA Labour Group
